All are welcome! Feeling stressed, scattered, or simply looking for more calm in your life? This series offers a down-to-earth introduction to mindfulness — a way to settle the mind and reconnect with the present moment.
About The Series
Over four weeks, we’ll explore awareness of the body, feelings, and mind, using the breath as an anchor. Steady attention strengthens focus, reduces stress, and encourages a sense in everyday life. Each class includes guided meditation, reflection, and discussion.
